About Us
Introduction
Lindsey Murphy Simon and Johnathan Simon of Brandon, Mississippi have owned Birdsongs Pantry LLC since 2013. Lindsey a native Mississippian married Johnathan a New Zealander in 2013. Lindsey had already been making jellies and jams for friends and family for years before they met. When Johnathan tasted it he said "This is really good! What you would like to do?" she replied without hesitation "SELL IT". So we did some research and after finding out about the Mississippi Cottage Food License we set up Birdsongs Pantry LLC.
What we offer
We offer over 80 varieties of jellies, jams, pepper jellies, sugar free, pepper jellies and savories. We sell at a number of different stores in the central Mississippi region and a far. Custom gift baskets and specialty orders large and small plus orders for weddings and other events are also available.
